Each April since 1981, when President Ronald Reagan proclaimed the first Victims’ Rights Week, communities across the nation have held public rallies, candlelight observances, and commemorative activities to promote awareness of victims’ rights and needs.
The next Victims Rights Week will be observed April 21-27, 2013. The theme is “New Challenges, New Solutions.”
