Webinar Series~ AllState Moving Forward through Economic Empowerment CurriculumIn 2008, the National Network to End Domestic Violence partnered with the AllState Foundation and a team of experts to create a curriculum specially designed for use with survivors of domestic violence to enhance and increase their knowledge of the financial world and how to create their own economic opportunities. ICADV is continuing our efforts to bring this tool to our Indiana providers. Through this series of 6 webinars, we will demonstrate the ins and outs of each module of the curriculum as well as answer questions and provide resources for all advocates who wish to use it with clients. Peer Review Updates Trainings~ Regional SeriesCalling all ICADV Peer Review Programs. It is that time again. There have been some important updates to ICADV’s Peer Review standards and we want to make sure that all programs are aware of those changes and prepared for their next review. Accordingly, it is required that all peer reviewed programs send at least two staff members to one of the Peer Review Updates trainings. Terri Noone, ICADV’s Peer Review Consultant will give full updates about all changes to the standards, as well as lead interactive activities designed to simulate performing a review. The trainings are being conducted in 5 locations across the state to make them as accessible as possible for all programs.
